As Managing Partner at DigitA, Oswald has led multi-million dollar initiatives, most recently
operationalizing UNDP Africa’s timbuktoo Policy approach and architecting Sierra Leone’s Innovation &
Entrepreneurship Policy to harmonize digital agendas and empower cross-border growth. He is the
principal force behind the Nigeria Startup Act, now referenced as international best practice, and his
contributions span fifteen nations, uniting heads of state, multinationals, and development agencies to
build resilient, future-ready technology platforms, data centers, and regulatory frameworks.
Oswald is the
